NUDC, Inc. believes economic and job development for all diverse communities should be a matter of accepted public policy for each state utility commission.
In May 2008, the leadership of NUDC met to define its strategic vision, mission and core values. It promotes voluntary efforts to enhance human diversity in governance, procurement, employment, philanthropy and language access.
It was founded in the hopes of serving as a key resource to utility commissioners from across the country.
